Dylan helped us to confirm a property recently and were very impressed with his services We are based overseas and wanted to invest the area we had no experience of the market or area. Dylan helped us with video footage of a number of properties until we were able to confirm one finally. We had struggled with previous agents who maybe didnt think we were serious buying from afar and especially it would be an unseen sale. We have bought and sold multiple properties with the help of Sonia Ciafardone.
