    WORST DINNER EXPERIENCE EVER!! Came to celebrate a birthday expecting a good dinner but we had quite the opposite. To start our server Deb M. took almost 10 minutes to greet our table then another 10 to bring out the drinks and bread. After that she came one time to check on us and processed to spill water on me and did not apologize or offer a napkin, she just walked away. When she came back I asked for a napkin and instead of just going to get one she told me it was called a linen not a napkin and then walked away and did not bring it back for several minutes. When we were given our drinks instead of passing out the coaster she threw them towards everyone and did the same with our straws. When one of our guest asked for a straw she said its right there and walked away. When our food started coming out it was not up to par and when this was said to the server she was very unhappy with us reporting this to her. When this was brought to the attention of the store manager all she could say was shes been a server for 10 years so thats not like her then proceeded to walk away. After the server came back to check the food finally she asked if the steak was okay and before we could answer she just walked away. Before the dinner started we had informed her of the birthday and she said they would sing but when the dessert came out but another server brought the cheesecake and did not sing. I tried twice to bring this to her attention and the first time I was mid sentence asking if she was going to sing and she just walked away. The second time I asked her she got very upset and snapped back at me I wasnt there when they brought it out because I was too busy taking something off youre check to sing and then proceeded to drop the bill and walk away. The over all unprofessional attitudes and service we were given at dinner tonight was completely UNACCEPTABLE. The server was very horrible towards our table and the manager could not even give a kind word or apology to us but instead brushed off the issues and made it seem like we were in the wrong, I am sure corporate would not find it acceptable for management to be representing their brand in this way.
