When I was having problems with the IRS, US TAX was quick to figure out what was needed. They went over everything with a fine tooth comb and found that the IRS was mistaken! Very professional with a great staff. Thank you US TAX & Financial!

Called to make an apt. for my 2018 income taxes to be completed. I was rushed off the phone, when I had just 2 questions. The man said he was currently with some clients, only after I inquired about him interrupting me when I was answering the question(s) that he asked, and that he seemed in a hurry to end the call. Wouldn't I be a client too? If he's too busy to speak to the person calling (me), then have someone else answer the phone, put me on hold or offer to call me back. The total call lasted 2 minutes and 51 seconds. I have an apt. scheduled for tomorrow with a man, and I have no idea what his name is. That's how broken, incomplete and rushed our conversation was. I realize it's peak tax season, and a week before the deadline, but professionalism is always important. I have worked in a field where I've answered calls at a busy time or while multi-tasking. Bottom line, I didn't ever make an apt. with anyone without telling them my name. I now have no confidence in this man completing my income tax return. Will he be thorough, and have a great amount of attention to detail when doing my tax return? Or will it be done hastily, to mirror our interaction today? Overall, I would have liked this to have gone differently, because I strive to support local, non-internet businesses.
