I've been using Village Floral for 10+ years and would highly recommend their services. I moved out of town and rely on them to send birthday arrangements each year. I've also purchased beautiful arrangements for the cemetary. They're always extremely friendly and accomodating. I normally call with a price I want to pay and colors for the arragement and they always create the perfect bouquet! And, they can be counted on for timely delivery.

I ordered a dozen red roses arrangement for a special lady and felt that I got more than what I paid for. I'm well satisfied and will use this florist in the future.

My husband ordered flowers for me yesterday for our anniversary. He ordered the bouquet called Teleflora's Fabulous Fall Roses. The picture of the premium bouquet, which is what he ordered, sows a huge bouquet of at least a few dozen flowers.. if not more. When I brought the bouquet home yesterday evening he seemed confused and preceded to tell me that it was not what he ordered. What we got differed a great deal from what was pictured. My husband thought he was paying $62.95 for this huge bouquet, when in reality they delivered to me a bouquet of 18 roses. The arrangement is beautiful and I loved it. However, I'm sure my husband would not have paid that much for that small of a bouquet. We were charged $80 total. I called the shop and asked how many flowers are supposed to come in that particular arrangement and I was told it depends. The flowers in the picture are apparently Sweetheart Roses. I was told these are actually not in season right now. I was confused as to why the picture of a Fall bouquet was of flowers that are not in season in the fall.. but that's beside the point. The woman told me that they used real roses which are more expensive and about $55 for a dozen. If that is the market price of these roses, I'm fine with that. BUT, people should be made aware that the flowers in the picture are not the ones they will be getting. This was not good business, if you ask me. You are made to think you'll be getting this big arrangement and they decide to use a different, more expensive flower without telling you. This was just wrong. We ended up paying $80 for 18 roses, when we thought we were getting triple that. Will not be using them again.

Nice and helpful employees. I called and asked for a $30 arrangement and thought that it was a nice arrangement for the price.

If I could give negative stars to this business I would. The woman I spoke with was the most condescending, rude individual I have had the displeasure of having to tolerate. She may well have been the owner. I was on a short time restraint due to a conglomeration of incidents and stressing about trying to make something wonderful happen for a dear friend who had been through so much. Rather than simply saying, "Sorry, we aren't able to do that on short notice," which would have been totally acceptable to me, she proceeded to interrupt me regularly and berate me on why I would ask for something so ridiculous. She actually curled her lip at me like I was completely distasteful to her! She informed me that there was "no possible way" (her words) to get Calla Lillies at this time of year and there was no such thing as a blue flower, even though I had specifically asked for BLUE delphiniums, which totally exist. And are blue. This woman went so far as to take out a pen and start slashing at her calendar to show just how inconvenienced she would be by me. I would not spend a dime in this business and will never recommend them for anyone I actually like. Don't expect this woman to make any attempts to accommodate you. On a side note, the very next florist I visited got me everything I needed with a smile and positive attitude. They were more than happy to help. Don't waste your time on this shop.
