Truist

I don't think this is a Truist thing as the service at this branch has been going downhill for a long time, since before the switch from BB&T. I still pull through out of convenience but only for matters that are obviously clear and they don't have to be bothered by talking to you. I find myself taking the longer drive to two other branches in neighboring communities. The staff do not fully listen to you and often make you feel like you're stealing your own money. I don't think they like people. If you enjoy being talked down to and repeating yourself, this place is for you. The word grizzled comes to mind.

My girl received a check written from a Truist checking account. She's stops at a Truist Bank location with this check written from a Truist Bank checking account. Truist charged $8 to cash there own check. Amount of check was $62. Never seen anything like it!!!

Before they became Truist it was a terrific bank but since then things have really gone done hill. A few of the bank tellers abuse their authority and are rude. All they care about is placing holds on your checks that you deposit. My most recent deposit I have put at least 15 checks in from this certain company and now they have placed a hold on it. I think that they are desperate to make money because we all know when a bank places a hold on the check they get the daily interest from it. I also have two other checking accounts with two different banks and I am definitely considering closing my personal and business account with Truist.
