I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff is so friendly, the townhouse is beautiful and the views are amazing!

WE HAVE NO RECORD OF Nobody is going to put their real name if they're still under lease They DO give a discount for positive reviews..... They DO have fairly apathetic staff that does nothing when approached with a task. Maintenance and staff park in residential spaces. If they're redoing an apartment, trucks and golf carts will fill your spots making you park in overflow. There are plants growing from the gutters, every building needs powerwashing. There is a tractor and a HUGE pile of branches decaying near the front entrance. Been there at least two years. Pretty much everyone has a grill on their deck/patio or sound system so YES your apartment will wreak of smoke when your neighbors grill And YES you will hear loud music at obnoxious hours. Even though it breaks lease, nobody seems to care. DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU OR GAS LIGHT NEGATIVE REVIEWS. This place is subpar and it is near impossible to break lease without owing a fortune. DEBBIE is actually a gem and the only positive thing I can mention. Last summer they took out the umbrellas at the pool and didn't replace them until this year. The pool had a nearly 3 week delay opening, which is pretty unreasonable when you have months to get it ready. Unfortunately, if you are new residents and staff doesn't recognize you, they WILL interogate you. Weeds, dirt patches, wasp infestations, numerous tree stumps, and a tennis court that floods. ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE THE TRUTH. Laundry rooms are constantly trashed. The gate to our gated community didn't work until this summer and had been broken over a year. You won't get what you pay for, that's for sure.

The Property Manager Debbie Thompson Flores made the process so simple and she was very helpful and efficient. However the owner is not a nice guy. Just because I was able to finally buy a house I get a nasty letter. Also, they literally pay people to give 5 star reviews, $50 off of rent.

Just moved in with the facility and the house is exactly what they were proposing to me. Absolutely loved it.
