I attended a class with Lisa Craiger and from the moment I entered to space it was one of the best, if not the very best, yoga experience I've had. She made me feel so warm and welcomed. She made the class fun, while offering lots of options for different levels of experience. Lisa was engaging the entire time and genuine, too. I believe that whether I had a ton of experience, or very little experience, it would have been a perfect class. I am excited to see more yoga options in Shepherdstown! Charles Town is just a bit far.

I booked a massage with Tricia at the Shepherdstown studio and it was amazing! She listened to my needs and its obvious that shes very mindful/intentional about each of her movements throughout the session and takes her craft seriously. Im making it a goal to return monthly!

Patricia was AMAZING! I haven't been this relaxed in FOREVER! She listens and has a gentle touch. I recommend her and Double Iris to ANYONE! AWESOME experience! Thanks!

Thank you for being a part of my journey. I am so happy to have found you for a massage during my visit to W. Virginia. Wonderful massage, very soothing for stress and pain. I tried hot stones and cbd oil for the first time.
