        Everyone at the store was super helpful! We came in as a crew for my mother in laws family plan to upgrade 3 phones, including my very broken one. Weve been on iPhone 11s so its been geological ages since we replaced them so we had a lot of questions. It took a lot of time and we also had our 2 boys. I imagine we were a collective handful. They were so nice and knowledgeable. They were helpful in getting us all the supplies we needed but without being sales pitchy or pushy. It was a great experience. New phones, yay!

        I've been at the Shepherdstown location about 3 times over the last 2 weeks to upgrade mine and my family's phones. They were all so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful there. Each associate that took care of me went above and beyond customer service for me and I couldn't be happier. We've been with Tmobile for 17 years, and while the cell service hasn't been always been perfect, the customer service has always been stellar.

        I love the store all theyve done is take care of me time after time Ive been to other T-Mobile stores not trying to knock them but theyre just not the same as this one I get great customer service from every single person who works here and I feel like they care they give me the time and energy that I need to get through to where I need to be with my new phone!
