McDonald's

Asked for fresh fries & got stale fries instead! It was a simple task! Would not recommend this mcdonalds at all..the staff there seems to be bothered by something, I have been there 2x and no changes with quality of service...maybe upper management needs to make some changes on their end!

Very poor service don't know what happened to this place but it's so slow and always missing something. I never cared for it but my grandson likes going there.

Great, friendly drive thru customer service. Kyle was polite and greeted me with a smile and my order was well prepared. He and his colleagues seem to do a good job to provide a good customer experience.

I got three McDoubles and a McChicken they didn't give me my McDouble so I called to tell them that I didn't get my McDouble and the lady said okay and then hung up the phone and then I called again and again and they didn't answer and then I told the lady that one of your employees hung up the phone and she tried to argue with me that it was just her phone service and then she proceeded to hang up on me too.
