        Mack at Big Macks was very helpful to my dad and I. We were on our way back from NC to Ohio and heard some rattling near our right front tire. Mack got the car up on a jack quickly, took the tire off, and while the problem wasnt solved, he helped narrow down what the issue was. He got us back on the road in an hour, ensuring we were still safe to drive even though the noise is still there. Many thanks to Mack for the assistance in our mini crisis!!

        The heat wasn't working in my car. Took it here and they did a bunch of stuff, said it was fixed and charged me almost $800. Drove it twenty minutes before the heat went out again. Took it back, they flushed it, said it was fixed... we went in this circle several times. Finally I was told they couldn't figure out the problem and couldn't keep looking into it without charging more money. It's in worse shape than before I took it in. Later on I discovered the MAF sensor was left unplugged and the other day discovered they didn't attach the motor cover, didn't even put the screws back in, and it slid off as I was looking for where the coolant was leaking now. It's a new discovery each week. Almost $800 and nothing was any better.
