        I paid rent for the hole month of March and they are in my place running my electric,water and gas.i think they owe me back half of my rent money and deposit...I'll just get a lawyer and see what amber Ballard has to say to my attorney.

        My wife, my 1 year old son and I had to relocate to a different state due to a ROACH infestation caused by one of our neighbors. As well as lack of urgency by the management team for 6 months trying to resolve this issue with them. We had over $6,000 worth of property losses due to this event and are still fighting with them to get our $500 security deposit. We have reached out to them numerous times and they have continued to lie to us and telling us its in the mail for the last 2 months. This is a HORRIBLE place to live and the property management team is even worse with rude attitudes, lies, and incompetence.
