        Ordered pictures on May 4th said they will be ready on the 11th and went there today and no pictures.. my son's cap and gown pictures and when I call can't get ahold of anyone..

        Online ap is slow and takes several tries to upload pictures. Often have to find an associate in order to pick up prints. Not overly friendly.
