DO NOT STAY HERE. Upon arriving at check-in, the service was unprofessional. No direction as to where our room was, any info about the hotel, pool, breakfast, wifi password, etc. was given. When we did find the pool, it was small and the bottom was dirty and very overdue for a vacuum. Our room was small and cramped (2 queen beds) and the refrigerator door didn't close, rendering the whole fridge useless. The room also had dust on every surface and the bedsheets were scratchy and cheap. The WORST part of our stay was when my young family and I were asleep until 1:00am, when complete strangers loudly came into our room and turned on the lights, scaring us half to death and waking us all up. Our room had obviously been double booked and there was nothing but a "oh, sorry about that" from the staff member at the front desk. The hotel management is deplorable - the assistant manager couldn't do anything to help us the following morning but assured us that we would be contacted by the general manager named Kaylee Brady to resolve our (mostly) sleepless night issue. We requested to be contacted via EMAIL, not via phone, as we were from out of the country at that time and our phones did not work. Not only did Kaylee not listen to this very simple instruction, but when we finally were able to connect upon our return home, she was very condecending and rude on the phone and didn't sound the least bit apologetic about the whole situation. She informed me that we would not be getting a refund on our room because we "stayed the entire night" - I asked her "what was I supposed to do, leave in the middle of the night with my 5 year old and 3 year old?" to which she snidly responded "yes." Terrible hotel, terribly mismanaged, and overall less than impressed with this place. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Grateful for the staff. Rooms are nice. Peaceful atmosphere. The young lady Kachina at the front desk is polite, helpful, kind , and a sweetheart!!!!!
