LISA, is horrible. Sat and talked with a client about, chicken, mashed potatoes and allll kinds of other food, WE SAT WAITING FOR 40 MINUTES. She finally seen me and said i couldnt open an account, and then put money into that account from a check. BUT the lady at the drive through window, said I could. So she seen us waiting, and still proceeded to WASTE OUR TIME. Thank you lisa love you girl

I wanted to change my address and lady named Lisa couldn't do it. She asked another lady and she said she DONT have time and going to lunch. What ever happen to customer service? Been with them 40 years and not much longer.
