        I called Wednesday and scheduled them to come out to our home Friday to look at a leaking bathtub. After not hearing anything at noon on Friday I called and asked what time frame they would be coming and the woman said later this afternoon, they will call you before they head your way. Waited until 4:00 pm and never heard anything. Tried calling their main line 5-6 times and got voicemail. No one ever showed up for the appointment and I never got a call back. Unprofessional and unreliable.

        Had a hose leak on gas water heater and called right before five oclock on a Friday and Josh came out. Fixed. Very understanding. Recommend.

        Evan and the team at E.J. Thompson & Son were great. They came out for an estimate on a water heater install the same day and had the job completed the following day. Very competitively priced.

        The gentleman that put my heat/AC in was very polite, professional, got the job done in a timely manner (especially doing it on his own) they got me on the schedule VERY quickly!!! Cleaned up after himself and was very thorough about what he was doing. He explained everything in great detail and answered any questions I had. 10/10 recommend!!!!

      I sincerely apologize you should have gotten a phone call. The storms and power outages definitely put us behind this week. My plumber got a call that he had to something at his house to get his power back on. Frantic to try and get this restored he didn’t reach out to you or for us to let you know. I do apologize.
