You damaged my I pad. Paid 120 dollars to get battery replaced. But since I didn't read the fine print until I got home I guess I'm out of luck. Shame on you for not telling me you damaged it trying to get it open.

came in on his day off and was able to recover all my files off my broken hard drive and had me a fully operational computer when I left. Highly recommend.

Took my laptop in for a memory upgrade. The owner was very knowledgeable about tech and was very specific on what the upgrade would and wouldn't do to help performance. Extremely helpful with recommendations and even cleaned out the chassis while doing the upgrade which it definitely needed. I look forward to doing business there again soon.
