        At check in police were responding to an incident in a room and the next morning during breakfast my daughter needed to use the bathroom so i took to the one in lobby where we found a "help me in room 102" note. Definitely not a good place to bring children... Check out is at NOON according to my booking and by 10:45 housekeeping tried barging in twice pressuring us to checkout. Normally I would tip housekeeping but after that and the grease stained envelope with housekeeping written on it pushing for tips I absolutely did not. Fridge in room did not work and was moldy. Smoke alarm was ripped off wall and in a bottom drawer. Fan in bathroom did not work. Toilet would not flush properly.

        Cheap hotel! About what you would expect. Dirty floors and clean sheets. Bathroom light was busted, and the bed headboard was ripped apart with the stripes of metal inlayed into the headboard thrown behind the TV stand! Pool was nice, although they could put the cleaning supplies away and would present alot nicer!

        Had to switch rooms because nothing was plugged in the phone didnt work so we had to switch rooms. Then the next room didnt have anything plugged in and the rooms felt very dirty everything but the beds so that was a plus! Rooms: Paint missing from walls Nothing plugged in Nail containers left from previous guest Im assuming

        One of the worst hotels I've ever seen! Booked a room for the night, which happened to be a handicap room but when we arrived to check in the front desk associate refused to allow us the room. He said it was only a double bed and he couldn't let me and my hubby stay in the room, cause we were 2 people and the bed was too small???? Despite showing this man where it states on the Web site that max occupancy for the room is 2, he refused. Now my husband and I have travelled quite a bit, and we have been given the handicap room before with absolutely no problems. My question to this hotel is 1) why list a max occupancy if the front desk associate can claim something else? 2) do you really think all handicap people travel alone? Never again staying with Quality Inn
