This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The customer "service" employees are rude and incompetent. They don't know how to do anything. For example, while I was waiting on a banker that was "out to lunch" but I could see them in the office, the teller put the customer's money IN THE WRONG ACCOUNT! I know that human error happens, but she wasn't surprised or apologetic. Just like "Oh"... Now, I always make it a point to use the ATM or triple check the incompetent employees. In addition, the banker is never available to help with opening accounts. The bank manager is never there to talk with. The employees tell you to make an appointment, BUT they don't answer the phone. I can't believe that Huntington Bank as a corporation allows this branch to continue to operate the way in which they do. This branch is horrible, and if you need anything you can forget it. The customer "service" employees here can't do it, won't do it, or they will do it wrong. Shame on you Huntington Bank. Get it together. If you must stick with Huntington, go to the Marietta branch. They are competent and KIND.

Horrible company with predatory lending techniques. Do not use this bank. After assurances that our transaction was okay from locals and corporate resources about transferring funds, there were multiple failures that almost caused us to lose the house we were trying to buy. They also have a special loans team that we had to pay ~$1000 dollars to use to investigate a mistake that THEY made. They also erroneously charge us for not having insurance on rental properties even though every year, we correct them and tell them to fix the issue for next year.

Terrible hours. By the time I get off work I would never be able to come into the bank. Luckily the machine takes care of there work for them, it's like they expect people to call off work to come in.
