        When I initially visited Big Sandy, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Moreover, I was pleased to learn that they provide repair services for the fridges they sell. In the past, I've had suboptimal experiences with third-party service extended warranties. Unfortunately, appliances are no longer as durable as they used to be, so you have to invest in an extended warranty.
