Long John Silver's

I placed an online order and gave them over an hour to get my order ready. Went to the drive thru to pick it up and was told no that I had to come inside to do pick up. Stupidest thing ever. Once inside my order was not even ready they wanted me to wait another 10 minutes for an order of rice that again was placed over an hour before pick up. I told them to just give me slaw I didn't have time to wait. Once home my order was not even right. I had no chicken in either meal. I had 2 platter meals of Fish, Chicken and Shrimp. They also didn't give me my condiments I ordered so, now I have zero rice, zero chicken and zero condiments. I will not be going back. I tried to file a complaint with corporate office but no one answered the phone. I gave 1 star because I can't give them a big fat zero.

Me and my father been eating here for years ever since I can remember, here recently they make you put diapers on your face to order, even though they have a huge shield surrounding the counter and it is not mandatory to wear them even though no one wears them around this area at all, they refuse to serve us. So after many years of being a customer and ringing that bell....me and my father will not be eating there ever again. We will go to captain Ds instead.

My family and I really like the fish and chicken. Very rarely do they mess up an order, but if they do their great employees like Conner make it right and compensate you with a discount and some extras!

Ate in their dining room it was clean, the service was polite and fast. Food was served quickly so quickly in fact it was to hot to eat. I'll be back
