        Just hire a whole new management staff at this point. Not once have I ever had a good experience in this store, the lack of professionalism is astounding. The assistant manager is rude and completely ignored me last time I was in store because her phone was obviously more important. Didnt even get a greeting. Ill just order online from here on out.

        WAAAAAY too pushy. Tried going there last week for a new pair of shoes, they tried to force me to buy an ugly pack of socks, waterproof shoe spray, etc. They dont know how to accept no as an answer. The store manager (Erica Black) is rude and stuck up. No wonder they cant keep people hired.
