Never gotten a response from their contact me page, drove to the location and couldnt even find it. If youre going to run a store then you should at least answer potential buyers.

I went to their site to try and find some bit connectors for my pelham. These people clearly know little to nothing about horses or horse tack. They mislabeled practically everything. Honestly, it's absurd to me that a tack store doesn't know the difference between a fulmer and a full cheek snaffle, and called a french link wonder bit a "French Mouth Jumping Bit." Another thing was something many people do, which is calling a Grackle noseband a 'figure eight bridle.' Figure eights and Grackles are two different nosebands. Also mislabeling a numnah an "all purpose show pad." Luckily most of their boots and bridles were correctly labeled. I don't buy from tack shops like these because they clearly have no idea what they are talking about. And it's hard to find things that are under the wrong description.
