        This is billed as secure storage. The front gate hasnt closed in weeks. In addition there are so many enormous potholes on the higher levels they are impossible to dodge. Have reported both issues with no results. Will be moving out soon.

        Very easy to reserve a unit. We had used Red Dot before and were very satisfied.

        Our unit took on water and our property was damaged. We did take out insurance but we never got full replacement value. The parking lot by the climate control area is one huge puddle and poorly maintained. The climate control is musty and out stuff smelled. We moved out 3 weeks ago and closed out our account but still getting late notices. i called but and they said they are waiting for property manager to do final inspection.
