        Bought our 2019 Polaris Sportsman 570 SP at this location. We love the machine. The sales experience was decent. However we recently rolled the machine and have called the service department twice, per instruction by the insurance company, to have an inspection done on the ATV. Weve left multiple messages for Ryan over several days and have received no calls back. RG in Bridgeport answered on the first try, was very helpful and got us scheduled quickly.

        Do not get the extended warranty from these people. They would not cover mine, said I needed a new transmission ($4,000) said no transmission oil in it(lies) meanwhile I brought it home we looked at it only needed 1 bearing inside transmission ($48). So all together to fix my 2017 Razor 900 it cost me around $200 which extended warranty should have covered but at least I know its done right now!!!!
