This has been the best experience of moving into Independence Hill. Kayla has been great with the whole process. Nice clean and well maintained. Also want to give a huge thanks to the maintenance man he goes above and beyond for the tenants. Thanks for a smooth moving in process.

Avoid living in this park. Let me tell you what has happened to me so far. I moved out over 6 months ago and still haven't received my security deposit back despite many phone calls. They keep trying to tell me that my security deposit stays with the trailer (that I owned outright, no loans on it) and that I need to collect the security deposit from the person I sold the trailer to. (not what the contract says) My signed contract states that they are responsible to refund the security deposit back to me. I now need to file with the magistrate for a small claim against them. I'm glad WV law states that I can file for a claim up to 3 times the amount owed me plus all expenses. I'm glad I have documented my conversations with the office and saved my paperwork from them.
