The only reason they got an extra star is because they did show up on time. Once there, the repairman checked the heat pump that was making awful noises and said everything was "normal" even though it wasn't operating like the same unit sitting next to it. I pointed out that the thermostat wasn't reading the outside temp and he said "oh.. yea it must be the sensor went out", but then he couldn't find the sensor (made almost not attempt) and said I had to replace the thermostat. No problem. I got a quote from them for $1900 to replace 2 thermostats! Outrageous. This is the poster child for being ripped off by an HVAC company.

Gary was absolutely AWESOME!!! We had an issue and called to have it fixed then it broke again the first place we used was unprofessional doesn't return phone calls and my house was almost 90 and I have 4 children 10,9,5&10 months. Rexroad got us in as quickly as they could and Gary is now my hero!!! Will recommend Rexroad to anyone in the future!! Great quality work at good prices and they even call if they are running behind instead of leaving you to wonder. Love these guys and they are now our GO TO HVAC people!!
