Update: The company contacted me and sent their general manager to clean my home. Much better job the second time around.
This company is impossible to communicate with! I hired this company to do a move-out cleaning for a house I just purchased. The technicians arrived 15 minutes late for cleaning, and did not complete the job. The technicians didnt clean inside a single cupboard, closet, or drawer as advertised, and I found a dirty cotton swab on the bathroom floor after theyd been there (Ive never lived in the house yet!). The ceiling fixtures have dust hanging from them, and the window sills are still filthy. The technicians had no idea who I was supposed to pay, so Ive called back twice with no response. This was a mess - literally. Photos to come. I already cleaned up after the cleaners and picked up trash they missed, but I hope theyll return and finish this job the right way.
