        This Hilton Garden Inn is in a great location. Plenty of locations within walking distance to eat, shop and get groceries.

        No parking for handicap, fridge in room didn't work, high price breakfast after you pay high price for a room and was promised ground floor and got placed on the third floor. It was a rip-off. Never again for me. Walkability: No close parking Food & drinks: Breakfast extra after you pay high price for a room Noteworthy details: The fridge didn't work. Heard lies about looking for another one

        Rooms are dated and dirty. Stained and soiled carpet in the hallways and rooms. Mold and mildew in the shower and on the ceilings. The front desk blamed this on the delay in construction due to COVID. Sad excuse...dated rooms are fine but no excuse for the filth. Do better HGI.

        Room seemed a little dated. Breakfast is not complementary, but is very basic. Hotel was over run by kids... not sure what event was happening

        Booked my room as a personal call to them on: 2-22-24. Made it self explained that I'm on a walker need a semi handicap room. Arrived got booked to the third floor and the room was not handicap. Then find out the fridge did not work. Asked about a new room or a fridge. No answer from the staff other than we are booked full and can't find a fridge to replace my unworking one. Or bring your cold items to the office to we will keep them cold for you. That is not a way to treat a customer. I will never return. Sorry for the bad luck.
