Shield Roofing & Construction

BEWARE!!!  After waiting since June for a roof/gutter install, I just received a letter saying this company is "closing its doors".  Their salesperson (JEFF DUSCHL) was quick to secure a 30% deposit for the project, but now I cannot get a hold of him or his production manager (LUIS ISHIKAWA).  I'm afraid I will have to seek legal action to get my deposit back.

Ordered roof with 1/3 deposit back in May. Here we are in September and nothing. No follow up or communication whatsoever. I have left several phone messages, emails etc with no response. The cell phone with sales person I ordered from no longer works....

On Sept 1st I filed a report with Mon Co. Sheriff's Department to investigate the case as fraud. Hey Shield, are you guys still in business? Been waiting on my roof since May. Now I'm not receiving any communication. A call or email would be great. Thanks.

They did a fantastic job putting up our roof. There were a few times when we were a little concerned about the process which is why I knocked off a star, but they made it right in the end.
