It was such a blessing to have Jason and Cathy honor my husband. Jason was so genuine and made such a difficult experience less painful from the very beginning of making decisions for my husband's burial to the conclusion of delivering flowers, plants, and keepsakes. Jason and Cathy's heartfelt interest in making this special day perfect for our family and Charlie was so appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone facing the loss of a loved one. My family and I had to deal with the worst news we ever received. We lost a beloved son, brother, cousin, and friend through a car accident. Our loved one lost his life in west virgina and was planned to be transported to New Jersey . There was a necklace our loved one had on when he passed away. The Charleston WV Morgue verified in their document this necklace left their Facility with our loved ones body. I contacted this firm and spoke with Mr.Smith and he claimed he was the ONLY one who received the body. Long story short we dont have the necklace and that was the only thing we would ask for . His debit and credit cards (which was also confirm on him from Charleston Wv Morgue) was also missing. I personally contact Mr.Smith and ask him to please return the necklace, he told me he would look into it. I havent heard from him in 6 weeks .
