This place has basically stopped taking any kind of dental insurance so after being informed of this when my family showed up at our scheduled appointments now we'll will be seeking another dentist.

Zero informed consent. I went in for a cleaning and came out with two fillings. Had a lot of pain in one of the fillings. Went back a few months later was told no I shouldnt have pain and there isnt anything wrong. Went a total of 6 months in pain and told them they needed to redo the tooth because I had pain and food was getting stuck now between my teeth. To ensure they got paid for the visit they didnt charge for the tooth that they had to redo but went in and did a tooth next to it that I never consented for. When I asked about it they said they had to reshape it because food was getting stuck. Thats what they were suppose to do to the tooth they had to fix not a whole new tooth! I filed a grievance with my ins and now they are saying I had a cavity. Thats the first Ive heard of that. You didnt see the cavity on the X-ray when I came in for the cleaning? You didnt see the cavity when you went in and did the original work? But oh you saw a cavity in the next tooth when you were being made to fix your mistake for free? You should have done what was right and fixed the filling you never did correctly. Do not go to this dentist they are not truthful and do unnecessary subpar work.

After years of going to Devito's for dental care, I got a call today saying we didn't have insurance. Which is not true and it turns out when our insurance provider changed, Devito's is no longer in network. So instead of offering to work with us on a payment, we were basically threatened to pay it now or it would go into collections. I have paid them thousands of dollars over the years and due to a random change in insurance, they forced us to pay money when we didn't have it. I'm glad we are being "forced" to go to a different dental office. If you are looking for a dental company who actually cares about you and not money, DO NOT GO TO DEVITOS.

Dr. Devito and her crew are quick, thorough, and work hard to see to your needs. Although I dont tend to love going to the dentist, I actually do love the care and attentiveness that DDS offers to make my most nerve wracking of appointments, pain free, comfortable, and positive.
