        I am renting from Smith now. He is a great landlord. Has great a maintenance man. He also takes care of issues too large or immediate for his maintenance man. Rent is very reasonable. Even has a lawn crew that works with my needs. I highly recommend this rental company!!

        TWENTY YEARS LATER - I rented from this despicable family in 2004. In 2014 I left a one star Yelp! review. Today, September 6, 2023, Andrew Smith of Smith Rentals, LLC sent me a message claiming I hadn't been evicted the way my review said. I told him to never contact me again under any circumstances, but he sent more. I cannot believe I am being approached by a landlord about the worst day of my life TWENTY YEARS after the event. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL HARASS YOU THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. NEXT STOP, RESTRAINING ORDER.
