        Me and my wife just got a hot chocolate and caramel latte, the hot chocolate tasted like I ate the darkest dark chocolate they make with hardly any whipped creme and it was suppose to have extra. My wife's latte was light on caramel.

        WILL NEVER BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. The service by Rachel was given with attitude and such a condescending tone. Shame on her, she made me a gross drink too.

        I was in there one time and I heard some girl in the kitchen talking about her chlamydia. As a customer, it was very unsettling to hear. I dont think employees should be talking like this in a professional environment in front of customers. Ive also seen this girl on another occasion being terribly rude to her coworkers. Do better Starbucks.
