Quoted me one price but charged me another price. When I wanted to talk to him about it, he was very rude. He took me to his office to show me what he did on my car and why it is so much, and I kept telling him I was uncomfortable and had somewhere else to be. He didnt care, and said he graciously would take off about $100 from the cost, even though this was still way above what he estimated it would be. Another review said that he takes advantage of women, and I think that is absolutely true. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I didnt have this issue again with my car, and they did offer a nice warranty, which I luckily didnt have to use. Advice to management: just be up-front about costs and professional with customers instead of treating them like trash, especially to women and young people. Also, being defensive on these reviews does not help your case. The dog is adorable, though.

Honest and friendly service!! I had used many other repair shops and dealer service centers around Morgantown, but I never had perfect experiences. Now, after trusting Riverside to diagnose and repair my car two times and my wife's car one time, I'm happy to have finally found the team I plan to stick with.

I appreciate the owner taking the time to write this book below, but you should remember your customers a little better. I had no pickup with you and def didnt come in for an oil change since i do my own. I had a toyota corolla that i dropped off 6 weeks prior to me just getting no response that headlights were fixed and i ended up just picking up the car 6 weeks later. At one point i was told we have lost your car order... very honest, sure, but not timely. Ps. My name is BERG not BIRD. And i live in WV and have no son in college. Thanks
