Worst haircut Ive ever had. She didnt take the time to make the haircut I asked for. Very disappointed even with the beard trim.

Went back for a touch up on my brows and get them waxed, lets just say only one of the eyebrow looks good and the other one is quite short and doesnt match the other brow. Also when i went in, to ask for an eyebrow wax, the lady seemed annoyed and not wanting to do it, my boyfriend also noticed her bad attitude. She was nice during the wax but the initial customer service was not great. I really like the place and they did well the first time i went and the price point is great, i wanna go back but im afraid to get my brows messed up again, i may try again, but like ive said before, these places are 50/50 and i liked the lady i had previously

I was at this location today around 11:30 and my experience was this - the stylists at this location are very professional. I watched them deal with a very rude customer with professionalism. The lady was super mad that they were only accepting cash at this time (not employees fault) , she talked down to the employees and was derogatory. The employees remained calm and performed the service ! The salon smelled of lemons and appeared to be very clean. I got a wash and cut and felt like a new woman leaving - Brandi was my stylist. Will be returning.

We have had bad experiences with this particular location. I was told during my cut that my hair would only be a little shorter after it dried. When my hair dried I saw that there was more then an inch of hair gone and it was close to my ears. I said to my shoulders for length. They took off so much more then I wanted and I was devastated. We tried to give them a second chance by bringing in our son for a quick trim. There was still 30 minutes before closing and yet when we walked in we were rudely told they were closing. When we said there is still 30 minutes and he only needs a trim which takes less then 10 minutes. She then responded well I have to finish brushing her hair. Referring to a girl she was finished with. Store was empty with no one waiting. We finally asked if we could schedule an appointment and she once again was rude and said "no we're closing." We will not be returning if staff like this are in charge of haircuts and how we look. Services: Kids' cuts, Haircut
