Ive been using Linkous Law now for going on 2 years. I cant say enough good things about this Law Firm. They have drawn up multiple contracts for my business, represented my family in car accidents and have advised my business on legal matters that have saved me thousands of dollars. Tim always takes time to speak to me, go over material, answer any questions and makes sure that I understand the process that we will be going through. He advises a course of action that should likely be taken and executes it down to the smallest detail. He is very meticulous in his work, His integrity and confidence in his job gives me comfort and trust in his ability.

I have had the distinct pleasure of having Linkous law represent the company I am with on several occasions in issues pertaining to contract content, contractual obligation, liability & the subsequent level of liability insurance required. Tim Linkous is by all standards a consummate professional as is his staff but most important, he is honest, forthright in his recommendations & is without question, first & foremost a good man. I recently hired Brent Copenhaver to review a potential business contract. When I first spoke with Brent he indicated that he had significant experience with the areas of concern in the contract. His review provided no specific recommendations and suggested he rewrite the entire contract. He billed me for 15 hours of research. A subsequent 5 minute conversation with a colleague recommended DC lawyer provided me true information that Brent did not provide despite $4000 and hours of research. He grossly misrepresented his abilities and experience as well as his intended charges.
