Stephanie McGraw, PsyD

Stephanie fundamentally changed my outlook on my expeience with counceling... for the better. She is extremely "down to earth", empathetic, warm... but will also hold you accountabe with a tough love approach to your mental health goals. Exactly what anyone needs to succeed! I can not reccomend Dr. McGraw more! Her evidence based appraoch to CPT is awsome, and as an analytical thinker-- this helped me greatly to understand how she tackles problems. She goes above and beyond and truly cares about her patients.

I can attest to the other review, as I agree with everything she said. Stephanie is amazing, I dont think Ive ever felt comfortable talking to someone about sensitive subject matter until her (which obviously, thats one of the most important things in a provider/patient relationship). Shes truly changed and eased my perception on therapy and improved my communication in all of my relationships. Stephanie knows exactly how to talk to you and through things in a comforting manner, but also holds you accountable when necessary in such a warming way. She knows how to communicate when something is no longer good for you in a perfect manner. This has all helped me tremendously through trauma. Stephanie also works with manny approaches and is open to working in any manner best suited for you. For me personally, sometimes its books, sometimes its DBT, and sometimes its visuals (I.e. charts). Her grounding activities are also amazing. I recommend Stephanie with the highest praise possible. Shes changed my life tremendously and is just an all around lovely person.
