Cathy is a phenomenal employee and person. We had an odd situation with our home finance and Cathy stayed in contact with me almost daily to keep me informed on everything we needed as well keeping me up to date on where we were at in our process. I would use homespire again just because of my experience with her. She is an amazing lady and with our weird situation Im glad she was the one there to help. I honestly dont know if another lender would have known how to handle it. She also refered us to an amazing attorney for title and closing. Most lenders tend to ghost you once everything is done, but Cathy continues to check in periodically to see how we are doing. Exceptional person, exceptional customer service!
