This location does not care about the patient's health or time. I used to go to the location in Charles Town for years until my psychiatrist moved away, then I was given a new psychiatrist who I had to meet at the Martinsburg location for our first visit. I showed up the first time and was told I was checked in, then an hour passes waiting in the waiting room so I go up and ask if everything is okay with my appointment. It turns out the receptionist did NOT check me in and told me I had to reschedule. So I did, whatever, people make mistakes, I understand that. So I go the second time and was given a call reminding me of the appointment the day before. I show up only to be told the appointment was canceled and they called me about it (they did not). At this point I was tired of wasting my time. I also have to contact them all the time to refill my important Lexapro prescription every since time since I can't even get into an appointment because of their incompetence. I still was never seen and they refused to respond to my pharmacy to fill the prescription or my multiple voice-mails I have left telling them I'm out of medication and I need it. I ended up having to go to urgent care and drop $50 just to have another doctor fill the prescription for me because this place doesn't care about the health of their patients. I advise you go anywhere but here.

I have a 7 year old that needed to be treated for ADHD. I have had an excellent experience with behavioral health. We are now in counseling for other behaviors and its going okay. I have had no issues.
