Behavioral health department is a JOKE! They can't keep physicians and the patients meds are held hostage due to their lack or willingness to actually get you a new physician or therapist. If you voice an opposition to their behavior they accuse you of being belligerent and tell you to go elsewhere. I am filing formal complaint against these absurd individuals for their mistreatment and possibly seeking legal assistance since they held my medications for 5 months with ZERO responses to the requests for assistance! They are horrific and should NOT be allowed to treat anyone like that. I have clinical depression and imagine if I was something more severe with how long they have held meds and refused to respond someone with more sever issues could have harmed themselves or others!

Horrible place. I do not recommend it. We waited 3 months to get an appointment with a primary care to do an annual physical. Then when wife went to get her annual physical, they never did one. They even refused to do an annual urine sample to check basic kidney function at least. The primary care she told her I don't have time for that. (She doesn;t have time to tick a box on the computer for the urine while ordering blood work!) They said she had to come back for another visit for that. Are you kidding me? What was the purpose for this visit then? An annual physical was the original purpose of the visit and it was never obtained. Are you aware that we have to wait another 3 and a half months to get a second appointment? Shame on this place! Horrible!

I don't know who is writing these reviews!!! I have had nothing but awful experiences with the Dr. and can't change because Dr.'s here are only scheduling into 2025. I will never recommend this facility to anyone!!! Unless, of course, they get rid of the Dr. I have, she is in the malpractice arena already. AWFUL!!! And you can't post w/o giving a star. Figures.

Called us yesterday to confirm the appointment for 3:30 at women's health and then my wife gets there and the entire parking lot is empty with nobody there and the doors are all locked... Seriously they could of told us yesterday and they better not bill us for a missed appointment.

Good luck getting an appointment. They never have anything open, so if youre actually sick, youre gonna have to wait two months before you can see the doctor. Also, my newborn was seen one time by the pediatrician and they kept canceling her next appointment. Now shes almost 6 weeks old and has been seen one time at one week old, and they cant even see us again for another month . Im done .
