        Very poor and slow on claims. always have to call my lawyer before a claim can move forward.

        Someone in that office hung up on me I guess they did not like my questions and yes I am upset about it it happened a few weeks ago I have sent three emails with no response even asked to talk to Gary Kelley and no response thank you that's why the low rating
