Initially we were a little discouraged with Trenary because we sent an email requesting service and did not hear back and then after scheduling a timeframe for the techs to arrive, they were over an hour and a half late; however! Once they arrived, we quickly realized why they were late. They really took their time testing everything, explaining everything about the issues we were having to us, and even answered questions that we didnt know we had. They made us feel like we were their only customers of the day and that they really cared about getting our unit back up and running as well as providing great service. The techs were very knowledgeable and down to earth. The secretary, Teresa, was also very helpful in scheduling the service, keeping us updated of statuses, providing us quotes in a timely manner, and answering our questions via phone and email. On installation day, the techs were on-time and super helpful again. I would definitely recommend this company again in the future.

Ive been a contract maintenance service customer of Trenary Service Co since 2018. They installed a new heat pump also replacing another that died after more than a decade. Maintenance service appointments are easily scheduled, service staff alert you before arriving that they are on the way and have performed maintenance on 2 heat pumps and a 3-way split heater/air conditioner. Service is done timely and efficiently. Good company with service technicians who have been with Trenary for years. Good service from good people. I recommend Trenary for their services. Bruce Josten

Wonderful experience with Trenary. They helped me out of a situation where I needed immediate help. Teresa, the office manager was professional, kind, and helped me lighten up in my angst about my plight. Joe, came out to the job site personally to deal with a very difficult client. The work was done quickly, and the cost was reasonable. I would highly reccomend Trenary Service Company!

I have been using Trenarys for a number of years. They are professional and knowledgeable. My calls are usually answered or someone calls me back immediately. Most importantly, they are trustworthy, and honest. If it can be fixed they will do everything they can to fix it.
