This company is entirely UN professional! Definitely not even worth a whole star. They never return any calls if by slim chance you get ahold of Jason or Donna they are increadabilty rude. Possible reasoning is they do not care to perform the job they are hired to do. I called for two weeks finally made an appt to see a property. Jason shows up 45 mins late without bothering to call and let me know. He then proceeds to tell me after I fill out the app he will get back to me the next day... No he did not. I had to call him everyday for 5 days to get a response which was he hasn't even spoke to anyone about my application! Unbelievable! He then after I finally get ahold of him, cuts me off and informs me he needs off the phone for another call! After I have been trying daily to get into contact over a week. A garenteeded callback was promised the same day , Yet I am still waiting without a response. Totally inappropriate and very unprofessional!! Lastly I called today to explain my hectic situation about Jason to Donna she rudely tells me "well than you won't be getting the house" and hangs up! So my revenge to get the truth out there, No person should ever be treated so poorly by a so called professional business.
