We are thankful for the service we received from Brown Funeral Home when making arrangements for my dad. Sarah was kind and professional when we met to review the plans dad had made many years ago (grateful to dad for doing so). She was responsive to my questions and patient as I made the last-minute decision to have a processional to the gravesite. Though it was a hard day, it was also a beautiful day.

Disappointed in Browns competence. Had to call 3 times to correct mistakes in my mother's obituary and when it was published it was still wrong. The copy they gave us to proof read was correct. I don't understand why they had so much trouble just typing exactly what was on the proof copy. Someone dropped the ball. The rest of the staff were very nice and compassionate and helpful.

Was Attending A Service. The gentlemen that you have employed for you are very professional. Courteous and caring. I have countered them on numerous occasion with family members. However, the young lady that I encountered today with the long blonde hair and the hot pink pants and sunglasses to match Who thought she was on a runway was rude.

At Brown's Funeral Home, I found every person, every family is treated with the upmost respect and dignity. I and all the family were extremely pleased with every step of the process from the heartbreaking moment when two young men came to our home to take Shelby to the funeral home through the planning and service, and the aftercare. I can never thank them enough for their professionalism and for their family-like care.
