Jordan & Hess Co delivered a beautiful surprise flower arrangement for my birthday, and the smell was as amazing as the flowers themselves. Even my young children commented on how "delicious" they smelled. Stargazer Lillie's happen to be my favorite flowers, and it was nice to have both open and closed ones in the arrangement. I spoke with the manager, Tina, about a delivery time, and I could tell she genuinely cared about her customers. We are new to the area and haven't explored very much, but if we ever need flowers for something, I now know where to go!

This is a wonderful florist shop and more. My Mother was so thrilled with her bouquet for her 85th Birthday. Thank You All.

I don't normally feel compelled to give a negative review, however, I feel strongly enough about my experience to do so. I ordered flowers yesterday and they were sent to my daughter at work for a sad occasion. When she received them, she immediately sent me a picture. I was shocked when I saw that there were words on the card misspelled. The message was supposed to read "We know this is a difficult time for you. Sending lots of love and prayers. Dad and Jill. Instead, it read "We Kow This Is A Difficult Time For You! Sending Lots Of Love Nd Prayers! Dad and Jill. I thought about it overnight and decided to call and let them know what had occurred so this wouldn't happen to somebody else. The designer on the phone apologized and offered to send another "card" to her with the corrected wording...yes...another "card"...too little, too late. I kindly let her know that was not necessary. I work hard for my money as all of us do and the flowers were expensive. The meaning behind the flowers was a little lost in translation. Although a minor error, it could have been avoided if the person that typed the card would have given it her very best. Where is the "WOW" factor people? May I suggest to you that in the future you use spell check and at least try to get it right the first time. Nobody is perfect... I know this... maybe try a little harder next time. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my experience at Jordan and Hess Company Florist and Flower Delivery. This review may or may not be read...in the event it is read, please know my words do not come from a mean-spirited place, however, they do come from my heart. Respectfully submitted.
