WVU Medicine Urgent Care

Why on earth would you offer appointments and still make people wait so long? I left 1 hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time.

Unfortunately I had the experience of being seen by Nurse practitioner Carol Thomas. It is concerning when your provider is not empathetic, or actively listening to you. This provider ended the visit by walking out of the room and shouting back you can leave now! The rest of the staff displayed empathy, and professionalism.

Scheduling an urgent care visit was very easy. The staff and doctor were wonderful, friendly, professional, and caring. I was taken back before I even sat in the waiting room. I highly recommend WVU Spring Mills Urgent Care! Thank you

This facility is going down hill fast. The staff is decent but the building desperately need needs cleaned. Every room is visibly dirty.

Absolutely Ridiculous I asked is there a Long wait when i first got here, the lady says no we have 2 Dr's working and now it's been 2 Hours and still haven't been seen.
