Did not complete survey correctly as originally scheduled a two manp crew, 12hr estimate $1500, with half out down before the survey. They left no markers of boundaries of 6acres land that were to be surveyed. Paid for 2 surveyors 12hrs and they initially only sent one who did not remain on property for more than 3 hours verified by security cameras on property. When I called to asked why the property had not been marked they claimed that the job was more difficult than they anticipated so they were unable to finish. I asked that they send someone out and complete the job they were originally contracted for and mark the land. The sent someone back out this time the two man crew as agreed upon and completed the work in approximately 4-5 hours and marked the edges as the property as agreed. I then received a bill with an extra $300 for having to come back out a second time. My wife and I then asked to speak with the manager who could not explain why we were charged extra for a job they did not complete only stating they had to return a second time. After we explained the missteps on Alpha surveyors the manager stated the best he could do was spot the difference of the extra $300 they charged us. Very unprofessional, did not abide by terms of contract, did not hold employees accountable for not completing job and overcharged for a job they did not do correctly the first time the survey was scheduled. Would not recommend or ever use again. Poor job performance and poor customer service overall.
