        Dr. McElaney is amazing! BUT, the office manager has no idea what she's doing and for that reason, I will not go back. I saw Dr. McElaney for 3x a week for 2 months and my copay changed three times. It was always said that it was the insurance companies fault. Unbelievable! No consistency from the office manager and when they did owe me a credit, they couldn't even total the math correctly. It's really ashame because the Doctor is great but if they're office treats other people like I was treated, they will lose business. They lost mine!
