One-Time Carpet Cleaning

The unprofessional attitude of this business made me seriously consider that they are not an actual business, but a data collection scam. We scheduled a carpet cleaning service for a Saturday, for which we got a quote and a time-range. Mind you, no digital receipt or any sort of e-mail confirmation (shouldve known better). Come Saturday, a few hours after the time range they gave us, we called them to ask for an update; for which they said they were accidentally double booked and would need to reschedule. We said we could re-schedule for the following Tuesday, and gave them a call back on Monday to get verbal confirmation that indeed theyd be here on the allotted time frame. Come Tuesday and still 2 hours after the scheduled time we have heard nothing, and upon calling I was told that we were not in the system and that if they could call me right back. When they returned the phone call I was told that the person who handles the schedule had us down for Wednesday and that I could speak to her about the situation. She was (rudely) convinced that their information was correct and that it was an error on our end to think theyd be here on Tuesday. Their chain of command is clearly disastrous if they cant keep an appointment (twice). She rudely asked if I wanted to re-schedule yet again implying that the whole situation mustve been my fault, and I assured back that Id never attempt to patronize their business as my time is not any less valuable than theirs. 0/5 stars Service: Carpet steam cleaning

They gave me a 2 hour window (move out cleaning, no furniture in my home) with a 30 minute courtesy call before arrival. They were scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm. I received a call from Marie at 2:30. I sat in my vehicle for over an hour and a half and no one showed up or called to let me know if they weren't coming or if they were going to be late. This company is not local to the Kearneysville area and they do not value my (veteran) time. This review that I have posted, will not change. It will not be edited in any format or on any site. It has been posted as a warning to everyone who comes across this establishment. Thank you, NEXT.
