        They dont have a card printing machine, I ordered my new card in the beginning of December and I still didnt have it for Christmas. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

        When my debit card expired it has taken them over 3 weeks to give me a new card. I got bills to pay and cant pay them because they keep playing games with me. Me personally I rate them a zero star not a 1 star

        City Bank on the north end of Martinsburg is great. They have offered the best customer service, but the south side branch on King Street, I can't say the same for. Someone in the office in this location, really shouldn't be working with a customers' money. When a bank employee doesn't know how to wire funds, that's called incompetence.
